PROFESSIONAL HISTORY. I have been the I-5 JPA Executive Director and Authority Engineer since July 2007. I lead the I-5 JPA Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of Public Works Directors, an Administrative Entity (AE) of City Managers, and a Policy Board (PB) of Elected Officials. I prepare all Agenda and minutes packages, and speak to specific reports contained within them. I attend and present at the monthly GCCOG Transportation Committee and Board of Directors on I-5 JPA matters. I prepare the I-5 JPA annual budget, work with legal counsel to prepare contract packages for our federal lobbyist, and prepare technical packages and funding requests for Federal Appropriations as well as Metro Measure R appropriations. In the last 3 years, I have successfully secured $20+ million in Measure R & Prop C local funds for I-5 JPA priorities, with approximately ¾ of the work completed and reimbursed through two

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR A.
