PROFESSIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. A. A grievance shall be defined as any dispute regarding the meaning, interpretation, application or alleged violation of the terms and provisions of this Agreement and may be processed as a grievance as hereinafter provided, except the following matters shall not be subject to the grievance procedure:
