Common use of Professional Expenses Clause in Contracts

Professional Expenses. The New PC shall be solely responsible for the cost of professional licensure fees and board certification fees, membership in professional associations and continuing professional education incurred by each Orthodontist and other Practice Provider employed by the New PC.
