Professional Development Meetings. 1. A Professional Development Meeting shall be held on the first and third Mondays of October through May. The sole purpose of these meetings shall be professional development. Said meetings may last for 60 minutes. All full time teachers, CST members who work in District on those days, guidance counselors, and nurses are required to attend both meetings. Paraprofessionals are not required to attend these meetings. 2. The scheduling of Professional Development Meetings on the first and third Mondays during the months of September and June shall be at the discretion of the Superintendent. 3. In the event that a Professional Development Meeting is canceled due to inclement weather or a holiday, it will be automatically rescheduled for the following Monday or another day that has been mutually agreed upon by the Administration and the Association.
