Common use of Professional Development Committee Clause in Contracts

Professional Development Committee. The Hospital will recognize a committee of five (5) nurses from the Bargaining Unit, one (1) of whom will be the Bargaining Unit President/or designate. The Hospital shall be entitled to have up to five (5) representatives on this committee in accordance with Article 9.01 of the Central Hospital Agreement.

The Hospital shall be entitled to have up to five (5) representatives on this committee in accordance with Article 9.01 of the Central Hospital Collective Agreement.
