Professional Conduct. In accepting and pursuing matters for clients, GRANTEE shall adhere to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure and any other code or rules of professional responsibility adopted by this state for attorneys. GRANTEE should exercise reasonable prudent judgment and consider all relevant factors, including the legal merits and the economic and practical value of the matter.
