PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT. The policy set forth herein shall be provided to all teachers employed by the U.S.D. #511. This agreement, when ratified by the Association and adopted by the Board, shall be known as the Professional Agreement and shall not be changed during the contract year unless by mutual consent of the parties and ratification by the bargaining unit and the Board.
