Products Specifications. The products to be sold by Supplier to Customer under this Agreement shall be as follows:
Products Specifications. Mommers will provide to Norrkoping copies of all data and documents embodying Specifications required to permit Norrkoping to manufacture the Products. Mommers' Specifications will include any data, know-how and other technical information concerning manufacturing procedures that have been used by Mommers or its representatives to manufacture the Products. If Mommers' Specifications are improved, enhanced or otherwise revised by Mommers during the term of this Agreement, Mommers shall promptly provide Norrkoping a data package which will include all such revised Mommers' Specifications. Thereafter, Norrkoping will utilize all such revised Mommers' Specifications in the manufacture of Products.
Products Specifications. All Products sold pursuant to this Agreement shall satisfy the specifications set forth on Schedule 1, attached.
Products Specifications. Triax shall manufacture the following products on behalf of OMP and sell such products to OMP: 20mL Tretinoin in 0.1%, 0.05% and 0.025% concentrations (collectively, the “Products”). Triax shall manufacture the Products according to the specifications described in Exhibit A (the “Specifications”), which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

Products Specifications. Seller will manufacture, assemble, test, package and label the Products in conformance with the Specifications and as required by all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental agency rules concerning the safety and commercial exploitation of the Products (collectively, the described specifications and standards are referred to as the “Standards”). Seller acknowledges that it will comply at all times with the Standards as provided to it by Buyer in writing, provided that such Standards are provided to Seller within a reasonable time period in advance of the commencement of production.
Products Specifications. MVP Requirements include : front flaps, corner marine lights, handles, wheels, light grey rubber bumper on the hull, Searial Cleaners colored hull.
Products Specifications. SDS, REACH number and products specifications will be made available prior to first delivery and for each delivery. Products will be delivered into parcels of minimum 500 Mt each Gasoil products (K3) will arrive undyed and with a color not more than 3.0 NPA
Products Specifications. The Specifications, indications, labeling and packaging for the Device, the Cuvette and other Accessories shall be within the sole discretion of CDEX; provided, that CDEX may change any of the foregoing only if: (a) CDEX files all necessary submissions required by any applicable Regulatory Agency and obtains all necessary approvals of such Regulatory Agency, if any, in order to market the Products in the United States or Canada; and (b) notifies Baxa of and obtains Baxa's approval (which approval shall not be unrexxxxably withheld) fxx xxxh change prior to shipping such Products to Baxa. In the event that CDEX notifies Baxa of a change that Baxa reasxxxxly believes is unacceptable, as Baxx'x sole remedy, Baxa xxxll have the right to remove such Product xxxx xhis Agreement xxx cancel any outstanding Purchase Orders for the Product without incurring any liability for such cancelled orders. All costs of such changes shall be borne by CDEX; provided, that, to the extent reasonably requested by CDEX, Baxa shall revise all Baxa Promotional Materials to reflect any such xxxxges; and provided, xxxther, that all costs associated with such revised Baxa Promotional Materials are divided equally between the Parties.
