Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sponsor will have the following Sponsorship Recognition Material distribution rights: Sponsor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the method of distribution and the amount, scope, and type of promotional products that may be distributed in accordance with this Section will be determined by University.
