Products and Completed Operations Liability. Employers Liability and Voluntary Compensation unless the Hospital can provide proof of Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 (“WSIA”) coverage as described in section 12.4.2(b); Non-Owned automobile coverage with blanket contractual and physical damage coverage for hired automobiles, except that such coverage may nevertheless exclude liability assumed by any person insured by the policy voluntarily under any contract or agreement other than directors, officers, employees and volunteers of the Hospital pertaining only to the liability arising out of the use or operation of their automobiles while on the business of the Hospital; and A thirty-day written notice of cancellation, termination or material change.
