Common use of Productivity Allowance Clause in Contracts

Productivity Allowance. a) Subject to the provisions of this clause, a Productivity Allowance per hour worked will be paid to all Employees covered under this Agreement, including Apprentices however engaged. The rates for Productivity allowance for apprentices however engaged are set out in 36 (d) and for all other employees as set out in Schedule C.
