Common use of Productivity Allowance Clause in Contracts

Productivity Allowance. 5.9.1 In return for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, a Company productivity allowance will be paid to all Employees covered by this Agreement. This allowance includes compensation for inclement weather entitlements. The rate payable shall be $1.00 per hour and shall be paid for all hours worked, attracting no premium or penalty.
