Productive Time. The Union agrees that working hours shall be productive hours and that there shall be no Union work or Union activity on City time and/or on the City's premises other than that specifically permitted by the express terms of this Agreement.
Productive Time. Employee shall devote his entire productive time, ability and attention to the above duties and obligations during the Term. Employee shall not directly or indirectly render any services to other persons or entities of a business, commercial or professional nature, which will interfere with or detract from his duties under this Agreement without the prior written approval of the NTI Board.
Productive Time. Productive time shall mean time described by City of Cedar Park Human Resources Policy Manual Number C-2, Section 2.2.4, as amended, which does not include voluntary shift pick-ups or trades.
