This Supplement and the other Current Supplement Documents are Production Payment Documents, and all provisions in the Purchase Agreement pertaining to Production Payment Documents (including the arbitration provisions of Section 6.9 of the Purchase Agreement) apply hereto and thereto. THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT AND THE OTHER PRODUCTION PAYMENT DOCUMENTS REPRESENT THE FINAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF PRIOR, CONTEMPORANEOUS, OR SUBSEQUENT ORAL AGREEMENTS OF THE PARTIES. THERE ARE NO UNWRITTEN ORAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
