Production License. Upon payment of the applicable fees for the Software and continuous compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Documentation, SolarWinds Worldwide hereby grants You a limited, worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the object code of the Software and Documentation subject to the terms contained herein:
Production License. The Production License is for entities using the Service for commercial purposes, and allows up to 100 Permitted Users. Under the Production License Your account will be credited with 600 Credits per month per Permitted User which may be used to download Poliigon Assets from the Service
Production License. Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and provided Tellius has accepted an Order Form for such license, Tellius hereby grants Customer a worldwide, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable right and license to (i) access and use the Tellius Software via a web browser or web-enabled device and (ii) use the Software solely for the purposes of accessing and using the Services. If Tellius provides a Customer with any Software under an open source license, there may be provisions in those licenses that conflict with these Terms, in which case the open source provisions will apply with respect to the code to which those provisions apply.
Production License. Upon payment of the applicable fees for the Software and continuous compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Syncplify hereby grants You a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the object code of the Software and Documentation in Your facility or in the cloud, subject to the terms contained herein:
Production License. If a “Production License” is indicated on the Order, Customer may use the Software and Documentation solely for its own computing needs during the License Term (subject to termination of this XXXX), and not on behalf of any other entity, under the restrictions of use indicated on the Order.
Production License. During the Term, AIL grants to Contractor a worldwide, royalty-free, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in accordance with Section 24.1 hereof) production license to use the AIL Background Information and AIL Foreground Information to manufacture and support the Terminals and Comparable Terminals and to reproduce, market, sell (except in the case of the Software), license (in the case of Software) and distribute the AIL Background Information and AIL Foreground Information solely as contained in the Terminals and Comparable Terminals (the "Production License"). Following the Initial Term, the Parties mutually may agree to extend the Production License on commercially reasonable terms. In any case, the Production License shall be coterminous with the Term.
Production License. Should the Customer require production (“Production”) license rights, then Production Software license(s) for the Software (“Docentric Server” in case of Microsoft Dynamics AX, or “Docentric AX Plug-in” in case of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) must be purchased in accordance with this Clause 3.4.

In the event that the development of a mutually acceptable Scan Head is successfully completed under the JRPDA, the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith with respect to a license if each Party’s respective Intellectual Property as may be needed to enable the manufacture and sale of the Scan Head into the market.

The Software is in use on a physical server (or) Virtual images running in Virtual environment, You agree to use Your reasonable efforts to prevent and protect the contents of the Software and Documentation from unauthorized use or disclosure, with at least the same degree of care that You use to protect Your own confidential and proprietary information, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care under the circumstances. You agree that You will register this Software only with VuNet Systems and that You will only install a Software license key obtained directly from VuNet Systems.
