Product Support Services. PMC shall provide to the Company the product support services described in Exhibit 5.1 attached hereto, on and pursuant to the terms set forth therein. In consideration for performing the services described in Exhibit 5.1 hereto, the Company shall pay to PMC monthly, in advance, a cash fee calculated as set forth in Exhibit 5.1.
