Product Sourcing. (a) Solutions Provider shall, as indicated by VERITAS, execute either a Limited Sourcing Addendum (LSA) or Direct Sourcing Addendum (DSA) with VERITAS under the Agreement.
Product Sourcing. From time to time, The Mosaic Company may provide third party product sourcing services to Cargill. The fee payable by Cargill for these services if provided by The Mosaic Company shall be $1.50/mt (the “Sourcing Fee”) in addition to The Mosaic Company’s net cost for the applicable product. The Sourcing Fee may be adjusted from time to time by mutual agreement. In the event The Mosaic Company supplies such product from its own production, the Sourcing Fee shall be waived.
Product Sourcing. From and after each Closing until such time as the Buyer and CCR enter into a Recipient Bottler Finished Goods Supply Agreement in accordance with the Manufacturing Agreement, the Buyer will, in accordance with the Manufacturing Agreement, continue to manufacture, produce and package finished products at the applicable Facility in order to meet the demand for finished products to those CCR facilities sourcing finished products from such Facility prior to such Closing, in such quantities as CCR may from time to time reasonably request. The Buyer will sell such finished products to CCR in accordance with terms and conditions, including price, that are consistent with the Finished Goods Supply Agreement (as defined in the Distribution APA). Prior to each Closing, the parties will enter into one or more agreements in a mutually reasonably agreed upon form (collectively, the “Supply Agreement”) to document any further specific terms and conditions of such supply.
Product Sourcing. Other than Avaya’s then current alternate sourcing policy, Reseller shall not purchase or otherwise obtain Avaya Products for resale from any source other than the authorized Avaya Distributor(s) provided on a Product Group Attachment or Appendix to this Agreement. Reseller’s purchase or resale of an Unused Product shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.

Product Sourcing. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Seller may sell certain Products to Purchaser not manufactured by Seller. Seller will make this Product sourcing service available to Purchaser for a fee of $1.00US/ST. If Seller supplies Product produced by Seller that pursuant to prior agreement was to have been supplied by a third party, the sourcing fee referenced above will be waived with respect to said sale.
Product Sourcing. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Products to be imported, sold and distributed by Distributor within the Territory shall be solely acquired by Distributor according to the following terms:
Product Sourcing. PriceSmart shall be Licensee's exclusive supplier of merchandise purchased from suppliers located in the United States or from suppliers elsewhere with which PriceSmart deals and which are on a written list of suppliers provided by PriceSmart to Licensee on an annual basis. Licensee agrees to resell merchandise purchased hereunder in the Territory only.
Product Sourcing. 2.1.1 Until the date on which [***], the Company will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to identify and acquire rights to Develop and Commercialize Products in the Territory (such efforts, the “Sourcing Activities”).
