Product Roadmap. The Company shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to diligently execute between the date hereof and the Closing Date the product roadmap set forth on Schedule 5.03 within the time frames set forth therein. The Company shall provide regular updates to Parent with respect thereto, as requested by Parent.
