Common use of Product Roadmap Clause in Contracts

Product Roadmap. 11.1. The Supplier has sole discretion and control over the Vizrt Software product road map and may modify at any time (with or without notice to the Customer) the functionality, performance, configuration, appearance, and/or content of the Vizrt Software provided that, in each case, such modifications do not result in a material reduction to, or loss of, the functionality and/or performance of the Vizrt Software during the Subscription Period. 11.2. Nothing in the Agreement shall restrict the Supplier from developing and/or using any techniques, ideas, concepts, or know-how related to methods or processes acquired during the provision of the Vizrt Subscription Service. 11.3. The Customer agrees that the Documentation may be updated or amended by the Supplier from time to time and at the Supplier’s sole discretion (including for the purposes of documenting updates made to the Vizrt Subscription Service under clause 11.1).
