PRODUCT MANUALS. Contractor shall provide Purchasing Entity, free of charge, with operating manuals, installation manuals, and service manuals pertaining to the Police Radar/Lidar Products.
PRODUCT MANUALS. Upon request, an owner’s manual, which may include installation instructions and serviceable parts lists, must be supplied for all procured products. Manuals may be available via the Contracted Supplier’s website. The manuals must be available that contain complete assembly and disassembly instructions including all necessary parts lists and diagrams.
PRODUCT MANUALS. Purchaser shall create and maintain an adequate inventory of product manuals and shall include a product manual with each sale of a Designated Inrange Product. Any modifications to Inrange product manuals shall be subject to Section 1.7.

It is essential for Buyer to follow the installation information, product and system manuals, operating and safety instructions, and other documentation and specifications C- CIT provides with the equipment; C-CIT disclaims any liability, including warranty liability, if Buyer does not.

PRODUCT MANUALS. WYATX xxxl provide one English language set of all necessary information on installation, operation and service instruction for the OPTICAL PRODUCT to enable ELECTROPURE to produce the ELECTROPURE standard manual for its Drinking Water Monitoring System(s). WYATX xxxeby grants ELECTROPURE the right to use, modify, reproduce and distribute the aforementioned information as it deems appropriate without additional charge.
PRODUCT MANUALS. Contractor shall provide Purchaser, free of charge, with operating and service manuals pertaining to the CEW’s; Provided, however, that Contractor may provide such manual(s) either in hardcopy or make the same available through a website.
PRODUCT MANUALS. WINDAUS will create product manuals for each product being manufactured, marketed and distributed by NAEG or its sub-licensees.
