Product Literature. MBI shall provide to Mallinckrodt technical, performance and testing information, and any other such information as may reasonably be requested by Mallinckrodt to assist in the production of sales material, product inserts, packaging, user instructions or other similar items for ALBUNEX. Mallinckrodt shall provide MBI with representative samples of product promotional and sales literature prior to release.

Product Literature. Dealer shall deliver to each Customer of a Product the appropriate current publications and forms for owners covering operation, maintenance, warranty and other matters as determined by Case.
Product Literature. Taconic shall not make any claims about the Services except those approved by Transnetyx. All of Taconic's marketing, sales and other promotional materials regarding the Services shall be prepared by Taconic (at Taconic's sole expense) subject to Transnetyx's approval of the content and representations describing the Service and System, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. If Transnetyx fails to respond to Taconic within 15 business days after it submits materials to Transnetyx for approval, Transnetyx shall be deemed for all purposes to have approved such materials. If Transnetyx subsequently determines and notifies Taconic that previously approved materials or materials Transnetyx failed to respond to require a change, Transnetyx shall identify the materials requiring the change, the required changes, the reasons for the changes, the timing for such changes, whether it requires existing materials to be returned, and whether Taconic is required to cease distributing such materials. In such event, Taconic shall comply with all reasonable instructions of Transnetyx and Transnetyx shall be responsible for all costs associated with complying with such instructions.
Product Literature. Partner shall provide general information to users regarding the ENERGY STAR features of the multifunction device model. This information might include a description of the ENERGY STAR Program, a discussion of the savings associated with using the power-management features, the benefits of duplex copying or printing and the method for changing the settings or default times. Partner may determine the best manner through which to disseminate this general information to users. Examples of acceptable approaches include: user's manual, special brochures included in the shipping box, etc. In addition, Partner shall provide information on recommended types of recycled paper that can best be used in a particular MFD, including the amount of post-consumer content in the paper.2 Partner shall include clear statements addressing the recovery time from the low-power mode in both the user's manual and on data sheets. Brochures and advertisements shall be worded to avoid misleading interpretations. Partner shall also provide in the user’s manual and/or other collateral sales and marketing materials three specific pieces of information regarding the sleep mode feature. Second, Partner shall explain that the multifunction device model is shipped with the sleep mode feature enabled and clearly state the default time. Third, Partner shall suggest how to determine the appropriate default time (based on the user’s work pattern) and provide instructions for changing the time setting. In addition, Partner may explain the process for disabling the sleep mode feature (e.g., by providing written instructions and/or by including a customer support telephone number), so long as the benefits of the feature and instructions for extending the default time are discussed first.
Product Literature. Subject to applicable U.S.A. security and export laws and regulations, SPACEHAB will furnish MITSUBISHI CORPORATION with such quantities of current literature, data, and technical information covering the Products as deemed necessary by SPACEHAB at no cost for MITSUBISHI CORPORATION’s use in performing its duties hereunder. MITSUBISHI CORPORATION agrees that such material is proprietary to SPACEHAB and that SPACEHAB retains the exclusive right thereto. The material may be disseminated as necessary to prospective customers. Furnishing above described materials shall not be construed as granting any license under any invention, patent concept, technology or copyright now or hereafter owned or controlled by SPACEHAB.
Product Literature. To the extent that it is legally and contractually permitted to do so, Ligand will share with Distributor samples of product descriptions, sales aids and advertising and promotional materials developed and used by Ligand, its other Distributors or licensees (collectively "Promotional Materials") in respect of each Product as soon as practicable. Distributor shall bear all costs of reproducing and/or adapting such Promotional Materials for use within the Territory, and shall not use any adaptations of such Promotional Materials without Ligand's prior approval of such adaptations. Likewise, Distributor agrees to share samples of its Promotional Materials with Ligand and Ligand's other Distributors and licensees.

Partner may determine the best manner through which to disseminate this general information to users. Examples of acceptable approaches include user’s manual, on-line tutorial or Internet Web site, and special brochures included in the shipping box. Product Literature. It is important that consumers can identify and understand the energy-saving characteristics of the product models that the Partner qualifies as ENERGY STAR compliant. Accordingly, Partner agrees to provide general information to consumers regarding the ENERGY STAR status of their TVs, VCRs, and TV/VCRs that may include one or more of the following: a description of the ENERGY STAR Program, a discussion of the energy-saving characteristics of the product, a description of the environmental benefits that result from the energy saved by the product, and a description of the potential energy-bill savings of the product. Partner may determine the best manner through which to disseminate this general information to customers. Examples of acceptable approaches include user's manuals and brochures included in the shipping boxes.
Product Literature. (a) Seller agrees to provide Customer with reasonable amounts of Product literature, at no additional charge, to properly support Seller's Product.
