Product Life. The selected local controller software product shall have a minimum product life of 10 years. During the life of the product, the provider shall maintain and upgrade the product to prevent the software from becoming obsolete, provide technical support, and maintain security against existing and future external threats as defined in the licensing agreement.

Product Life. Product and Sample Packs delivered pursuant to this Agreement will continue, until the applicable expiration date, to conform to the Product Specifications; provided that such warranty shall not extend to any Product and/or Sample Pack which fails or ceases, prior to the applicable expiration 15 date, to conform to the Product Specifications as a result of improper storage or mishandling by Menarini or a third party after delivery of the Product to the Menarini ex Facilities.
Product Life. We recommend that the product is used within the 6 months after your purchase date. The product has to be stored between 15°C to 26°C away from sunlight in a dry environment.
Product Life. Applied warrants that the Product will be manufactured in accordance with all Specifications, but unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, or in a separate agreement signed by both parties, the shelf life (expiration dating) of the Product, supported by appropriate stability data, will be provided to Applied by Customer and Applied makes no warranty regarding shelf life.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.
