Product Defects and Returns Sample Clauses

The 'Product Defects and Returns' clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to handling products that are found to be defective or unsatisfactory. Typically, this clause specifies the timeframe within which defects must be reported, the process for returning or replacing faulty goods, and any conditions or limitations on returns. Its core practical function is to ensure that buyers have recourse if products do not meet agreed standards, while also providing clear guidelines for both parties to resolve such issues efficiently.
