Product Addenda Clause Samples
The PRODUCT ADDENDA clause establishes that additional documents, known as addenda, may be attached to the main agreement to specify details about particular products or services covered by the contract. These addenda typically outline product specifications, pricing, delivery terms, or other relevant conditions unique to each product offering, and are incorporated by reference into the main contract. This clause ensures flexibility and clarity by allowing the parties to update or expand the scope of products governed by the agreement without renegotiating the entire contract, thereby streamlining the process of managing multiple or evolving product lines.
Product Addenda. All Product Addenda shall be developed by the parties in accordance with the terms set forth in this Section 2.1 and shall include, as applicable, the terms described in Schedule 2.2.

For Products and Services of the same type, the parties have or will develop a product addendum (each, a “Product Addendum”) that set forth, among other things, complete pricing information for such Products and Services, all as further described in Section 2.1. MetroPCS shall have the right to acquire Products and Services that are the subject of a Product Addendum by initiating a Purchase Order as provided in Section 2.3. All Product Addenda will be attached to and incorporated into this Agreement as part of Exhibit 1.

Product Addenda. The Products to be supplied by Supplier to iRobot are as specified on the applicable Product Addendum (as may have been amended or modified from time to time).

Product Addenda. If you are purchasing any of the below-listed Software products, the addendum to this Agreement identified below and located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/En/ in the General conditions section shall complement this Agreement and supersede any conflicting terms set forth herein.
