Procurement Matters. Services Provider may and is hereby authorized to enter into and act on Owner’s behalf in connection with any agreement necessary to transport, collect, separate, store, or deliver for sale or transport oil produced from oil ▇▇▇▇▇ located in the Gulf of Mexico, or to transport, collect, separate, store, or dispose of salt water associated with the production of such oil, in the Liquids Transportation System. If Services Provider arranges for contracts with third parties for goods and services in connection with providing the Services, Services Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such goods and services at rates competitive with rates generally available in the area in which such services or materials are to be furnished.
