Common use of Procurement from UN Agencies Clause in Contracts

Procurement from UN Agencies. Office equipment, vehicles and computers estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $3,500,000 equivalent, may, with the Association’s prior approval, be procured from the Inter-Agency Procurement Services Organization of the United Nations, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.9 of the Guidelines.
