The Xxxx of the Graduate School or their designee will meet with the concerned Graduate Student Employees within seven (7) business days of being made aware of the concern and will endeavor to resolve the concerns in a timely manner. The University shall notify the Graduate Student Employee concerned in writing of any action(s) taken to resolve the matter. Additionally, the University shall create a log of instances in which a Graduate Student Employee brings such a concern to the Xxxx of the Graduate School to include, at a minimum, the University department or program involved and the action(s) taken, if any, to resolve the matter. At least once per year, the University shall share the log with the Union to document the scope and nature of the concerns.

These workers fall under the direction of the Community Mental Health Workers. The portion of the Xxxxxxx Program that is cost-shared under the EAPD Agreement relates to the percentage of time focused on work-related supports such as job coaching, individualized “Choose” activities, and work skills training. In 2002/03, there were 357 Proctors employed by the RHAs throughout the province, serving a total of 744 clients. Of those, 127 clients received employment-related Xxxxxxx services. In 2003/04, there were 421 Proctors employed by the RHAs serving a total of 761 clients. Of those, 141 clients received employment-related Xxxxxxx services.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member.   • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias. Procedures include but are not limited to: • Rapid Palatal Expansion (RPE); • Placement of component parts (e.g. brackets, bands); • Interceptive orthodontic treatment; • Comprehensive orthodontic treatment (during which orthodontic appliances are placed for active treatment and periodically adjusted); • Removable appliance therapy; and • Orthodontic retention (removal of appliances, construction and placement of retainers).

  • PROFESSORS, TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
