PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA. 2.1 The subject matter, duration, scope and type of data processing and confidentiality arise from the Main Agreement. The purpose of the data processing is to enable the provision of the Services in accordance with the Main Agreement. 2.2 Each party shall at all times in relation to processing connected with the Main Agreement comply with Data Protection Laws. 2.3 The types of Personal Data and the categories of data subjects are set out in Annex 1 (Details of Processing of Personal Data) to this Addendum. 2.4 The processing and use of the personal data shall exclusively take place in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, in a member state of the European Union or in EEA. Any relocation to a third country requires the prior consent of the Controller and may only take place if the other legal requirements are fulfilled.
