Common use of Processing of Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Processing of Personal Data. 15.1 The Parties undertake to comply with all obligations set out in Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the “protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”), as well as the relevant national regulations and provisions of the Guarantor Authority responsible for the protection of personal data that apply to the services/activities under this Contract.
