Processing of MSW. Corporation hereby assures First Party that, from the Date of Commissioning and subject to the provisions of this Agreement and delivery of the required MSW by First Party, the Plant shall be able to accept for processing a minimum of Four Thousand Nine Hundred (4,900) tons of First Party MSW per week ("Minimum Guaranteed Quantity"). At the end of each week, after the Date of Commissioning, Corporation shall submit a report to First Party providing the calculation of the quantity of First Party MSW that had been delivered by First Party and the quantity of MSW that had been accepted by the Plant during the relevant immediately preceding week.

Processing of MSW. The technologies adopted to process the MSW shall be complying to the Technology parameters/ standards, track record xxx.xx specified in the RFP/ Concession agreement. If the proposed technology is owned by another entity (either the bidder or a third party), the concessionaire should also be required to execute a technology license agreement with the selected bidder or the third party technology provider, as the case may be.

Processing of MSW. (a) Concessionaire hereby assures SDMC that from the date of commissioning and subject to provision of this Agreement and delivery of the required MSW by SDMC, the plant shall be able to accept for processing a minimum of 2400 tonnes per day. At the beginning of each calendar month, after the Date of Commissioning, Concessionaire shall submit report to SDMC providing the calculation of the quantity of MSW that had been delivered by SDMC and the quantity MSW that had been accepted by the Plant of the relevant immediately preceding month.
