Processing Locations. Instabase may transfer and Process Customer Personal Data in the United States and anywhere else in the world where Instabase or Subprocessors maintain data processing operations. Instabase shall ensure that Customer Personal Data is adequately protected in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Law and this DPA.
