Processing Locations. Subject to complying with this Section 7, Customer agrees that Campaign Monitor may transfer (directly or via onward transfer) and Process Personal Data to the United States, Australia and anywhere else in the world where Campaign Monitor, its Affiliates or its Sub-processors maintain data processing operations. Campaign Monitor shall at all times ensure appropriate safeguards to protect the Personal Data processed, in accordance with the requirements of applicable Data Protection Laws
