Process Agents. Where such appointment is required under any Senior Finance Document, process agent acceptance of its appointment by the Company and each of such of the other Obligors, the Performance Bond Provider and the other Major Project Participants as is party to such Senior Finance Document for the acceptance of legal proceedings.
