Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory. All proceedings, corporate or other, to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all documents incident thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to First Federal, and Frankfort First shall have made available to First Federal for examination the originals or true and correct copies of all documents First Federal may reasonably request in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
