Common use of Proceedings and Actions Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Actions. All proceedings and actions to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all documents incidental thereto, shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Investor; and the Investor shall have received copies of all documents which the Investor may reasonably request in connection with said transactions and copies of the records of all proceedings of the Company in connection therewith in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Investor.
