Proceeding to Arbitration. 1.3.1 When a conciliation proceeding before the AIRC in relation to a dispute is completed but the dispute has not been fully settled, the AIRC shall proceed to deal with the dispute, or the matters remaining in dispute, by arbitration. 1.3.2 In arbitration proceedings under this Agreement, unless all the Parties agree, evidence shall not be given, or statements made, that would disclose anything said or done in a conciliation proceeding under this Agreement (whether before the AIRC or at a conference arranged by the AIRC) in relation to the dispute that remains unsettled.
