Procedures for Renewal. The Grantor and the Grantee agree that any proceedings undertaken by the Grantor that relate to the renewal of the Grantee’s Franchise shall be governed by and comply with the provisions of Section 626 of the Cable Act, or any such successor statute.

(a) By July 1, of the terminal year of the initial contract the Xxxx shall notify in writing all Faculty Members who must be considered for renewal that academic year, with a copy to the Association. The notice shall include the criteria and procedures for renewal, including the timeline of the process.
