Common use of Procedures and Standards Clause in Contracts

Procedures and Standards. The standards for granting or withholding permits or approvals required hereunder in connection with the development of the Project shall be governed as provided herein by the standards, terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Project Approvals, and to the extent not inconsistent therewith, the Existing Land Use Ordinances, but the procedures for processing applications for such permits or approvals (including the usual and customary fees of general application charged for such processing) shall be governed by such ordinances and regulations as may then be applicable.
