Procedure for Offer. Landlord shall notify Tenant (the “First Offer Notice”) when and if the First Offer Space becomes available for lease to third parties (as reasonably determined by Landlord), provided that all Superior Right Holder have declined to lease such space. Pursuant to such First Offer Notice, Landlord shall offer to lease to Tenant the First Offer Space. The First Offer Notice shall describe the space so offered to Tenant and shall set forth the “First Offer Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 8.3 below, and the other economic terms upon which Landlord is willing to lease such space to Tenant.

The First Offer Notice shall describe the space including the parking rights so offered to Tenant and shall set forth the “"First Offer Rent,” " as that term is defined in Section 8.3 Article 17.3 below, and the other economic terms upon which Landlord is willing to lease such space to Tenant.

The First Offer Notice shall describe the space so offered to Tenant and shall set forth the “First Offer Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 8.3 7.3 below, and the other economic terms upon which Landlord is willing to lease such space to Tenant.

Procedure for Offer. Landlord shall notify Tenant (the “First Offer Notice”"FIRST ------------------- OFFER NOTICE") when and if the First Offer Expansion Space or any portion thereof becomes available for lease to third parties (as reasonably determined by Landlord)parties, provided that all no Superior Right Holder have declined wishes to lease such space. Pursuant to such First Offer OFFER Notice, Landlord shall offer to lease to Tenant the First Offer then available Expansion Space. The First Offer OFFER Notice shall describe the space so offered to Tenant and shall set forth the “First Offer Rent"FIRST OFFER RENT,” " as that term is defined in Section 8.3 17.4 below, and the other economic terms upon which Landlord is willing to lease such space to Tenant.

Landlord shall notify Tenant (the “First Offer Notice”) when and if Landlord receives a bona fide offer regarding the leasing of the First Offer Space becomes available for lease to or any portion thereof from a third parties (as reasonably determined by Landlord)party, provided that all no Superior Right Holder have declined wishes to lease such space. Pursuant to such First Offer Notice, Landlord shall offer to lease to Tenant the then available First Offer Space. The First Offer Notice shall describe the space so offered to Tenant and shall set forth the “First Offer Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 8.3 1.3.3 below, and the other economic terms upon which Landlord is willing to lease such space to Tenant.
