In the event agreement cannot be reached within forty (40) days of the initial negotiation meeting upon any matter that is subject to negotiation, either party may request Collective Bargaining Agreement Dover Police Association FY14- FY17 mediation and fact finding which shall be conducted in compliance with New Hampshire RSA 273-A.
