Common use of Probationary Employees Clause in Contracts

Probationary Employees. 13.01 An employee will have no seniority and shall be considered on probation until he/she has completed ninety (90) calendar days (for full-time) and four hundred and eighty-seven and one half (487½) hours worked, or six (6) months, whichever comes first (for part-time) since the last date of hire with the Company.
