Common use of Probationary Employees Clause in Contracts

Probationary Employees. 15.01 For the first three (3) months of continuous service with the Employer, an employee shall be a probationary employee. By written mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union, the probationary period may be extended by one (1) month provided written reasons are given for requesting such extension.
