Probationary Employee Evaluations. Employees who have been employed for less than twelve (12) months are probationary employees except as provided below which shall be effective July 1, 2020. Probationary employees shall be evaluated by their immediate supervisor or designee (a designee shall not be an employee within a bargaining unit) after five (5) months and nine (9) months.
