Probation Officers. Probation officers shall work eight (8) hours a day forty (40) hours a week. Alternative schedules, such as a 9/80 or 4/10 may be available at the discretion of the Chief Probation Officer based on the operational needs of the department.

The areas/locations where this allowance is payable at the start of this agreement are Auckland, Te Piriti, Wellington, VPU and Xxxxxxxx. The operation of this provision is as per B3.2, B3.3 and B3.4 above except that the allowances specified in B3.4 do not apply. The allowance applicable to psychologists is $2,400 per annum.

  • Union Officers Employees hereafter elected or appointed to full­ time Union office shall be granted a leave of absence without loss of sen­ iority but without accumulating seniority during the period of the leave of absence.

  • Union Officers and Committee Members Union Officers and Committee Members shall be entitled to leave their work during working hours in order to carry out their functions under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the investigation and processing of grievances, attendance at meetings with the Employer, participation in negotiations and arbitration. Permission to leave work during working hours for such purposes shall first be obtained from the immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. All time spent in performing such Union duties, including work performed on various committees, as referred to in this Agreement, shall be considered as time worked.

  • Other Officers Such other officers as the Board of Directors may choose shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may delegate to any other officer of the Corporation the power to choose such other officers and to prescribe their respective duties and powers.
