MS Homeschool Life, LLC membership card, which may entitle families to teacher discounts at Memphis-area businesses. • The MS Homeschool Life, LLC website, Facebook page, and periodic announcements from group leaders. • An MS Homeschool Life, LLC membership directory to help families interact and support one another. • Full participation in specially planned field trips, clubs, activities, and events. • Opportunities to develop friendships with and learn from other home educators in various settings. • Optional participation in MS Homeschool Life, LLC graduation. Membership Dues MS Homeschool Life, LLC requires an annual $22.00 membership fee per family. The dues are used to defray the costs of the MS Homeschool Life, LLC website and events. Membership is confirmed once payment is received.
Privileges of Membership. (A) Only members at least eighteen years of age who are physically present at a duly called meeting of the church shall be entitled to vote. There shall be no proxy or absentee voting. The eligible membership of the church may only exercise voting privileges in those areas that are defined and limited by these bylaws. Members may not vote to initiate any church action; rather the vote of a member is to confirm and ratify the direction of the church as determined by the pastor and the elders.
Privileges of Membership. In addition to membership in VTWC, the privileges provided to member under this agreement are the availability and use of the weightlifting, fitness and exercise equipment and facilities owned and operated by VTWC for the term set forth in this agreement. Such privileges are subject to member abiding by the rules and regulation provided herein, as well as such future rules and regulation as may be adopted by VTWC. Membership in VTWC does not authorize member to take any action or make any statements for or on behalf of VTWC. Such rights are expressly reserved to the employees and directors of VTWC.
Privileges of Membership. (a) As an Associate Member, Provider will be eligible to participate in those programs and services that Cornerstone makes available to Associate Members from time to time. A listing of such programs as of the date of this Agreement is attached as Exhibit A. However, nothing in this Agreement (including Exhibit A) shall be construed to limit the right or ability of Cornerstone to add or delete programs or services offered to Associate Members from time to time in its discretion.
