Private Music Instructors. 8.4.5.1 The initial appointment for non-regular private music instructors is at Step 5 of the salary scale in 7.3A. In exceptional circumstances where a student requires unusual musical skills, credentials or experience on the part of the private music instructor (e.g. an unusual instrument not normally used), the non-regular private music instructor may be placed on the salary scale in 7.3A according to 8.1.3. Following completion of 8 sections or its equivalent on a given step, non-regular private music instructors will advance one step effective at the start of the next term or appointment, whichever comes first.

  • Instructors 7.1 All instructors teaching Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must meet the minimum qualifications for instruction in a California community college as set forth in Title 5 California Code of Regulations, Sections 53410 and 58060 or as amended, and be hired by the CLPCCD.

  • Instructor Associated with the position of Instructor is a nominal workload of 195 hours per half-credit course. This nominal workload is normally made up of scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time. The non-classroom time is made up of preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking or grading and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty. In the case of a two-hour lecture per week, or the equivalent of a two-hour lecture per week, the incumbent shall also be responsible for the first hour of seminar in each course. Upon request by an Instructor, the Employer and the Instructor will review the workload for the course to ensure that assigned duties can be completed within the assigned workload of 195 nominal hours per half credit course (see Article

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • STAFF ORIENTATION 4101 The Employer shall provide an appropriate orientation program for nurses newly employed. The orientation program shall include such essential information as policies, nursing procedures, the location of supplies and equipment, fire, safety and disaster plans. Where necessary, orientation shall be provided for nurses moving to a new area of practice. 4102 The Employer shall provide a program of inservice education for nurses pertinent to patient care. 4103 The Employer shall provide, access to reference materials as is required in relation to maintaining current knowledge of general nursing care. APPENDIX "A" - SALARIES A1. Effective April 1, 2013 - Monthly salaries include a 2% general increase. - Hourly salary is calculated as (monthly salary x 12) ÷ annual hours.   • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.
