Common use of Private Improvements Clause in Contracts

Private Improvements. Sub-Lessee shall have the right to enter into a 29 Sub-Sublease of a Parcel or to partition its rights, interests and obligations under this Sub- 30 Lease into distinct leasehold interests with respect to a Parcel for development of any 31 component of the Private Improvements thereon of Parcels designated for private 32 development in the Parcel Plan. A Sub-Sublease shall contain such terms and conditions as 33 Sub-Lessee shall determine are consistent with the purposes of the Project and the Plan.
