Private Consultation Clause Samples

The Private Consultation clause establishes a process for parties to resolve disputes or disagreements through confidential discussions before pursuing formal legal action. Typically, this clause requires the involved parties to meet privately, often within a specified timeframe, to attempt to settle issues amicably and without public disclosure. Its core practical function is to encourage resolution through direct communication, thereby saving time and costs associated with litigation and preserving the business relationship by keeping sensitive matters out of the public domain.
