Common use of Privacy Rule Clause in Contracts

Privacy Rule. To the extent Business Associate carries out one or more of Business Entity’s obligations under the Privacy Rule, Business Associate shall comply with the requirements of HIPAA that apply to Business Entity in the performance of such obligation(s).

Privacy Rule. Privacy Rule. To the extent Business Associate carries out one or more of Business Covered Entity’s obligations under the Privacy Rule, Business Associate shall comply with the requirements of HIPAA that apply to Business Covered Entity in the performance of such obligation(s).
