Common use of Privacy Rule Clause in Contracts

Privacy Rule. To the extent Business Associate carries out one or more of the Participant’s obligations under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, Business Associate shall comply with the requirements of HIPAA that apply to the Participant in the performance of such obligation(s).

Privacy Rule. To the extent Business Associate carries out one or more of the ParticipantCovered Entity’s obligations under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, Business Associate shall comply with the requirements of HIPAA that apply to the Participant Covered Entity in the performance of such obligation(s).

Privacy Rule. To the extent Business Associate carries out one or more of the ParticipantBusiness Entity’s obligations under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, Business Associate shall comply with the requirements of HIPAA that apply to the Participant Business Entity in the performance of such obligation(s).
