Common use of Privacy Policies Clause in Contracts

Privacy Policies. At or prior to the Closing, Purchaser shall, or shall cause its Subsidiaries to, establish Privacy Policies that are substantially similar to the Privacy Policies of Parent and the Purchased Subsidiaries as of immediately prior to the Closing, and Purchaser or its Affiliates, as applicable, shall honor all “opt-out” requests or preferences made by individuals in accordance with the Privacy Policies of Parent and the Purchased Subsidiaries and applicable Law; provided that such Privacy Policies and any related “opt-out” requests or preferences are delivered or otherwise made available to Purchaser prior to the Closing, to the extent not publicly available.
